AKINA

Akina is asweet, prettychihuahua mix that has also been patiently awaiting a new home! She arrived to our rescue on February 18th and has not had much interest :-(( Akina came to us from a high-kill shelter located in Ohio and had been left in one of the "drop off" boxes overnight. When the shelter manager arrived in the morning, she found locals trying to stealAkina out of the box....but, not for good reasons. This adorable girl is young (about9 months old) and really needs to get settled into a new forever home. She is a little shy, but really loves being held and cuddled. We would love to find her a home where she will receive lots of love, affection and socialization!! She is going to make a wonderful companion if someone will give her the chance!
