Mercedes and her siblings arrived to our rescue on Wednesday, 8/25 and they are total sweetness!
According to the shelter, this crew was turned in by the owners as they were sadly another unwanted litter. The owner said they are about 3 months old, however, the shelter believes based on their size that they are probably closer to 4 months. They are beautiful puppies and appear to be a shepherd mix.....we are guessing german shepherd and possibly norwegian elkhound. Mercedes is actually the biggest of this crew! She weighs 27 pounds and is quite the beautiful girl. She has short to medium fur with quite a bit of black and a tan undercoat and has brindle markings as well. Mercedes is so very, very sweet and sociable and is going to make a wonderful pet for someone or a family. Even though she is a big puppy...she thinks she is a lap puppy! She is eager to greet everyone and loves to give kisses! She is just a wonderful pup :-)
Mercedes will have received her first 2 sets of parvo/distemper vaccines by the time of her adoption; she has received her rabies vaccines, bordatella vaccine, dewormed twice and treated with Frontline.
