Troy is a very tiny little boy who loves to be held. He is active and likes to play but when he is tired will snuggle up in your arms. He was surrendered to the rescue when his owners could not find a home for him and his 2 brothers, one being from an older litter. Supposedly his mom is a chihuahua and his dad a rat terrier.
