Gracie and her puppies joined our rescue on 8/18 and now that the puppies have been weaned and, she will be fully vetted by 9/26, this precious girl is looking for her forever home. She and her babies were found by a fellow rescuer in Kentucky who thankfully took them in as they had sarcoptic mange and Gracie was eating stones for survival
Gracie is around 2 years old and weighs 21 pounds. We believe she is a mix of beagle and dachshund. This girl is a total sweetheart!!! She loves to snuggle after she warms up to you...which doesn't take long. Gracie loves playing with other dogs of all sizes and likes cats as well. She does like to chase after them, but she is gentle with them. Toys are quite entertaining to her as she has never had the opportunity to play with them. Being that she has beagle in her, she keeps her nose to the ground and really enjoys chasing the squirrels and bunnies; therefore, she needs a secured fenced yard. If you are looking to adopt a sweet, lovable dog.....look no further!!! Here she is :-)!
Gracie is current on vaccines, deworming, heartworm/flea/tick preventative; scheduled for her spay and microchip on 9/26/18. Her adoption fee is $325.
