Rock joined our rescue on 6/7/19 from a high kill shelter in Alabama where he was found as a stray. We have no idea of his parents and are simply guessing on his breeds. Our thoughts are that he is a mix of boxer and most likely some hound. His coat is a beautiful dark brindle and is medium in length. He has the boxer underbite along with the cutest face ever :-)!
Rock is around 5 1/2 to 6 months old and currently weighs 37 lbs. He will probably end up being around 60ish lbs when full grown. He has very long legs and on the lean side. This sweet pup is very friendly and gets along well with other dogs and cats. House training is going very well; he walks well on a leash and knows how to sit. We believe Rock would do best in a home with another dog and/or a family that is home often.
Rock is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines (rabies, distemper & bordatella), dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative. His adoption fee is $375.
