Joy and her littermates joined our rescue on July 3rd from Alabama and are in search of their new forever homes. These puppies were surrendered by their owner as they could not properly care for them. We are told they are shepherd mixes and guessing they may have some collie in them. Based on their structure and paws, we think they are probably only going to end up being medium sized dogs.
Joy is one of the medium sized puppies in the litter and looks more border collie to us with her long fur. She is very sweet and friendly and loves to be held! This pup is a goof ball...LOL! She is very entertaining to watch and makes us laugh! Sometimes she is playing hard with her littermates and other times she is just off on her own doing her own thing. The kiddie pool has kept her entertained and cool in this hot weather. She has been around the house dogs and is completely fine with them, however, she is sensitive and will disappear when she has had enough.
Joy has received her first 2 distemper vaccines, bordatella vaccine, dewormed, and current on flea/tick preventative. Her adoption fee is $350.
