Charlie is down south in a high kill shelter. We are trying to pull/save him, but need foster committment before we can pull him.
Here is what we know about Charlie! He is a 1-3 year old male, Chihuahua, possibly Jack Russell Terrier mix. He will be neutered before he would arrive. He is 16ish lbs and arrived at shelter due to someone finding him stray in the streets (no one has claimed him) he was wandering around and was scared.
We are told he loves to be held and friendly with other dogs.
