Update on Jackson:
Jackson is doing much better in the crate even though it’s not his favorite place. He loves to be with his humans. We’re working on walking on a leash but that will take time and practice. Jackson just forgets himself and tries to go his way J He’ll get better in time. He will make a wonderful companion for the right family. He is a small Boxer just about 45 pounds. He has the Boxer wiggle that lets you know when he's happy.

He loves to run and play. He is getting use to his foster home. Jackson is waiting patiently for his forever home.

Jackson has arrived and he is just as sweet as they said he was. He is an active puppy that loves to play with toys. He runs in the fenced back yard and enjoys being outside to play. We have determined he doesn’t like a crate. He will lay on the floor and sleep. He may be best just confined to a room until he is comfortable in his new forever home. We need work on the leash as he sometimes forgets who’s in charge when walking as he checks out the territory.

As we continue to notice his likes and dislikes we will update.


Jackson was at a kill shelter and didn't have much time before he would be crossing over to the Meadow. Someone notice him and how friendly and nice he was and pleaded for us to take him. So Jackson will arrive next week and once we have him here we can let you know more about his personality. We know he is dog friendly non-aggressive and oh yes he is afraid of cats :-)
