Gus and his siblings joined our rescue on January 9th from Alabama in search of their new forever homes! They were born on October 17, 2020. We do know the momma is a pitbull and the daddy is a hound/mastiff mix. The owner did not want to surrender them, however, the dad has now been neutered and the momma is on the schedule to be spayed :-)!
Gus is a light chocolate (brown/grey like a weimaraner) with beautiful blue eyes! He is one of the smaller puppies and the shyest one of them, but starting to warm up with us. They just arrived and we will update his bio in a few days once we get to know him a little better. We do know he likes our dogs :-)! Being that he is somewhat timid, he may do better in a quieter home than one that is chaotic with lots of noise and movement.
Gus will be receiving his 2nd distemper/parvo shot on 1/14/21; has received a bordatella vaccine (for kennel cough); treated with flea & tick as well as heartworm prevention; dewormed and another fecal test will be done this week (of 1/10/21). His adoption fee is $375.
