She and her puppies arrived on July 13, they were saved from a high kill shelter in Alabama. Mama and puppies are doing great! Charlie will be available labor day weekend after her puppies are 8weeks old.

 

Charlie is about 3 years old. We believe she is a hound/lab mix. Charlie is very sweet and eager to please. She loves her humans and just wants to be a normal dog. With Charlie being found as a stray very pregnant, we have a trainer working with her. She tends to guard her food with having to fight for everything in the wild. She is a little timid of men at first, but curious since she is learning they are ok. She is doing great meeting new people in the neighborhood while we are out for a walk. Charlie is not too fond of dogs at first, she loves the resident dog in her current foster home. We believe she may do ok with another calm dog in the home. She is good with cats, chickens and loves the neighbor kids!

 

At time of adoption, Charlie will be spayed, up to date on Rabies and Distemper, dewormed, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $375.00.
