Through no real fault of his own, Sammy was an owner turn in. They said he was too much for the elderly lady to take care of. (Of course he was too much for an elderly lady, he's still a puppy.)  One of Sammy's favorite games to play is "catch the cat".  Again, thats what most puppies would do.  He has spent most of his young life on the end of a chain and now he is spending his time in a small dog run hoping someone notices what a nice boy he is and takes him home.  He would love to have a home to walk around in.
