Sebastian has had a rough time recently, maybe for his whole life by looking at him. Even though he is as sweet as he can be, somebody elected to dump him and at least two other dogs in a WV State Park in the wilderness where he nearly starved to death. Some kind people noticed him and coaxed him, and his two friends, into their vehicle and took them home.
All of Sebastian bones stuck out and many had developed sores where they rubbed through the skin from the inside out! He was in such poor condition that it wasn't even safe to take him to the vet where other sick dogs might give him something deadly. In foster care he is living in an outdoor 6 X 10 chainlink run with a dog house. While he appreciates some shelter and a full belly, cold weather is just around the corner and he needs an indoor home badly.
