"Izzy" was turned into a shelter after being found as a stray.  The shelter she found herself in was very overcrowded and her days were numbered.

Now she has found herself a comfy foster home to spend some time in while she waits for her forever home...one that will never allow her to get lost or in danger of being euthanized again. 

She is very friendly,happy, and confidant dog.   She likes to be held and is definitely a lap dog, though still will need some exercise.  She likes other dogs and is being fostered with cats, who she would like to chase.  She is VERY interested in the squirrels in the yard and would give chase, so an underground fence or fenced yard might be a good idea. 

We are guessing at her mix.  But when you are this cute, who really cares? She is a very petite girl, and at 12 pounds she seems to be just about the right weight for her build.
