Daisy arrived to our rescue on September 30th from Valley, AL where she was rescued from a crack house. Fortunately, she was removed from the house as a fairly young puppy and was socialized with the rescue down in Alabama.
Daisy is a black labrador retriever mix. We do not not what the mix is, however, she is mostly lab. The veternarian believes she was born around the end of June, 2023 and her current weight is 25 lbs. We expect her to grow to be a large dog.
Daisy is a friendly puppy that has lots of energy and would love a family that will include her as a family member and provide adequate exercise. Her current foster home consists of other dogs and a child and she has loved everyone she met!! The house training is coming along nicely and she has had crate training. Daisy's foster mom is working on leash walking and basic commands. She learned "sit" very quickly and seems to be a very smart pup :-).
Daisy has received her first 2 distemper/parvo vaccines, bordatella vaccines, rabies, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $450.
