Maggie is Sarah's baby.  She was born under a pile of brush where she lived for the first 3 weeks of her life.  Things got worse for a short time because someone used Maggie and her brothers to trap momma Sarah and they were all taken to a high kill shelter in rural WV.  Shortly though, a foster family took them to their home and they had a special nursery where they were safe and warm and momma had plenty of good, healthy food to eat so she could produce enough milk for all 4 babies.  Amazingly, the puppies were little butterballs when found even though momma Sarah was skin and bones.

Maggie is about ready to go to her forever home now.  She is eating moistened dry food and is paper trained.  She has had a good mommy and appears to be very healthy and happy.

Maggie's adoption fee of $250 covers her first shots, worming, and flea/tick treatment and a $50 reimbursement upon proof of spay when she is old enough.
