Sadie has such a sad story and we are hoping it to see it end as a happy ending!
Sadie is a local owner surrender dog. This sweet girl was living the good life with her human mom and dad when sadly, her dad passed away. Her human mom is older and can no longer live on her own and is having to move into assisted living. Unfortunately, Sadie could not go with her :-( When I met with the family to surrender Sadie, it was heartbreaking. Sadie's owner and her daughter were in tears and then we were all in tears. Sadie was the princess of house and is wondering where her parents went. She is slowly getting adjusted into her new foster home....but, still mourning her loss and still looking for them. Whoever ends up adopting this precious girl will need to be patient and help her get through this tough time in her life.
Sadie is a very sedate and friendly poodle. She loves a lap to sit on. Sadie is very relaxed dog when she can be sitting beside you. She loves to be pampered and in return would offer a very loyal friendship. She would be an excellent member of a family with older people and provide companionship. She gets along with other animals, but does not go out of her way to interact with them. She is fine with children.
