Scooter is an owner turn in. He is 3 years old. Great with people and good with other dogs. He does like to chase cats but has not tried to hurt them. He has such a great personality, he is also housebroken.

Scotter is in a high kill shelter in rural WV and, because he was an owner surrender, he can be euthanized any day. He needs a foster home or a forever home, which ever comes first. Please hurry.
