Penny is an owner turn in. She is 5 years old. Already spayed and is housebroken. She is good with other dogs and would do well in a adult household. She seems alittle standoffish with cats. She is under 10 pounds.

Penny is in a high kill shelter in rural WV and her time is UP which means she will be euthanized unless someone adopts her soon (she is on their URGENT list now!).

Penny's adoption fee provides a spayed dog, shots up to date, heartworm/lyme tested, flea/tick preventative, worming and transportation to meet her new family.
