Mac is a 9 month old shepherd/collie mix. He's a sweet loving boy who's stuck in a high kill shelter in WV.  Mac loves kids and people and doesn't bother cats and gets along well with other dogs.  His breed mix is great because both of these breeds are highly intelligent animals and quite loyal to family.

They're eager to please, but they also need exercise. Daily walks or ball throwing as these breeds were originally bred for activity. The best dog I've ever had was a shepherd collie mix, she was a beautiful loving dog and well behaved. No promises on Mac, but I can tell you this is a very intelligent breed mix of dog.

Please consider him if you're looking for a lifelong friend and companion and are able to properly exercise him.
