Cooper and his sister, Candy arrrived to our rescue on 10/9/10 and are just adorable puppies!!  They came from a shelter located in West Virgnia and are looking for loving homes. 

Cooper is a little smaller than his sister.  He weighs 9 pounds and these two appear to be sheltie/collie mixes.?? It is always hard to say without knowing the parents....but, I see a lot of sheltie in Cooper.  They are mostly fawn with white on their paws, chests and black on their snouts and tails.  Their fur is thick and medium in length.  Cooper is very sociable and is more active than Candy. He is also rather puppy mouthy and something to consider if you have toddlers!  These two just love to romp together!
