Noell is a 4 yr old spaniel mix that was brought to the shelter as a stray but we think it was more an owner not wanting to admit they were turning her in, lots of people in this area unfortunatley are facing money issues right now and the shelters are getting a lot of dogs for that reason. She's housetrained and very sweet.  She loves to be around people and does well with cats and other dogs.
