Sasha was brought in to the shelter by our Humane Officers after a call made by a concerned neighbor. The neighbor had witnessed Sasha's owners other dog get hit by a car. When they went to inform the owner, they laughed, took the body and threw it in their yard. The officers found Sasha and her pup in the back yard, immaciated and full of worms with a snowstorm pending and so they were brought to the shelter. Sasha is a very sweet girl and deserves a great home. She is good with other dogs, children, and just about everyone she meets. She walks very well on a leash too!
Sasha is currently in a high kill shelter. Carol lives closeby and can "fetch" her with an approved application. Her adoption fee of $200 covers her spay and all other vetting, plus transportation to meet her new family.
