Rosie is a wonderful little girl with a loving personality!  She arrived in foster care, and gets along great with anyone she meets-- dogs and people alike!  Rosie is very laid back and friendly, and shows none of the "territory" issues that normally define female Jack Russells.

Rosie is such a sweetheart, she would surely fit into any home.  The only reason I can think that her former "family" dumped her over the 6' rescue fence in the middle of the night, was that they felt she deserved better than they could provide.  Rosie is such a gentle soul, she deserves to have a home where she is loved and gets plenty of belly rubs!
