Daisy came to us from a kill shelter in Kentucky.  Actually, she was on the short list and the ladies at the shelter put out a plea for recues to pull Daisy and we stepped up to the plate.  We are so very glad we did because Daisy is a gem.  It is very clear to us that she has lived in a home environment before.  We just don't understand how such a wonderful girl wound up in a shelter.  Our best guess is that she is between 2 and 3 years old.  She is very well behaved and housebroken.  Daisy gets along great with other dogs and does engage in play activites.  However, she is just as happy being a lap dog.  Daisy will do well in a home with or without other dogs.  If she is with other dogs they need to be ok with Daisy wanting to be the boss lady.  We do not recommend a home with children too young to understand how to properly treat a dog.  We believe she will be a cat chaser, so a home without cats would be ideal.

Daisy is up to date on all shots and is spayed.
