Baird came to our rescue from KY a few days before Christmas.  Baird was a stray, and on the "urgent list" at a high kill shelter, scheduled to be euthanized on Christmas eve.  We saw what a sweetheart Baird was, and pulled him to be listed for our rescue.  Well, we were right-- he is the nicest dog, and just loves everyone he meets! He is in a foster home with 4 other dogs and 2 kids, and just loves to be part of the pack!  He has a decent amount of energy (as he is still only a puppy!), and loves to run in the back yard and play with the other dogs. But at night, he can't wait to snuggle up against you and sleep for 8-9 hours with no issues! 

Baird is housebroken, and walks well on a leash. He does have some minor separation anxiety issues and is not a fan of being crated, but he does calm down and rest after a short period. He basically just likes to be where his family is, and understandably so since he was already abandoned once.

Baird is up to date on all of his vaccines and is neutered.
