Levi and his sister, Lydia arrived to our rescue on April 21st from a high kill shelter in West Virginia. These 2 little puppies were found in a drainage pipe located on a church's property all snuggled together just trying to keep warm. There were 4 altogether....one did not make it and the other one was adopted from the shelter. Thank goodness someone found them as they surely would not have survived out in the wild on their own.

Levi is a handsome pup with shepherd markings. His fur is inbetween short and medium in length and very soft. I am not sure what his breeds really are, but it seems as though he will probably only grow to be a medium sized dog. He is pretty small and his paws are not very big. He seems like he is more of some type of terrier, but I am sure is shepherd, too.

Levi is a very, very sweet and sociable pup! The only time he makes noise is when he is playing with Lydia. He loves to be held and gives wonderful puppy kisses :-) Belly rubs are one of his favorites! Levi is a pretty confident puppy and likes to be the center of attention.  He is full of personality and just makes us laugh watching him in action.  He does quite a bit of puppy biting and may be best with older kids.
