Casper is a sweet, kissy little puppy with a big heart.  He loves being held and is the perfect lap dog.  He also enjoys other dogs and is in a foster home with several very large dogs that he loves playing with!  Casper is working on his potty training and is doing well. However, he is doing really well using potty pads. He sleeps with his foster mom and doesn't wake up all night long.  A very sociable little fellow, he has been going to the office with his foster mom and enjoys meeting all the strangers coming and going.  He HATES being crated.

Caspers adoption fee of $275 covers the cost of his shots, wormer, flea/tick preventative, neuter and transportation to meet his new family.  Preference given to someone experienced with small breeds and looking for a lapdog.
