Wally is 13yo and blind.. diagnosed with  glaucoma, he needs eye drops every day. His whole life he was tied outside to a box at his former home. When the shelter lady went out to investigate he was found hooked to a chain so heavy that he couldn't raise his head.  When the chain was dropped his little head POPPED UP!  He had no water and no signs he had water or food on a regular basis, very thirsty and thin. He so enjoys his newfound freedom even if it is a kill shelter and loves to be held and loved, something he never had.  He did well with his bath and all treatment for his eyes.  He has been seen by a vet and is up to date with his shots now.  Gaining weight and doing great!  NOW HIS FORMER ABUSER (who gladly gave him up to start with) IS DEMANDING HIM BACK!!  PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP HIM.  LETS GET HIM OUT OF WV.  Transportation not an issue.
