This sweet boy is a very lucky boy who escaped euthanization within a day and we are sooooo glad that we were able to save him!! Rex is just a wonderful dog who is so sweet, playful, laid back and loves everyone! He has a great temperment and is going to make a lovely pet for some lucky family.
We believe Rex is a mix of boxer and mastiff based on his looks, size and personality. He is currently around 70 to 75 pounds, however, is rather thin and could probably put on another good 15 pounds.....which, we will work on while he is in foster care. He is currently living with 3 other male labrador retrievers and does great with all of them. Rex does love to play and would love to find a family that will take the time to play with him or have another playmate. This adorable boy really loves to snuggle (he doesn't realize that he is a very big dog!) and his favorite sleeping spots are either the couch or the bed!
Rex is housebroken and is currently working on crate training. He is being neutered on May 28th and is current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $250.
