Moe and his litter mates arrived to our rescue on August 10th from Opelika, Alabama. This litter was surrendered to a very high kill shelter and were literally saved within hours of euthanization. The shelter was already overflowing and owner surrenders are the first to be put down. We are most grateful that we could save them!
We believe this litter of puppies are a mix of labrador retriever, hound, spaniel and a couple look a little pittie. Keep in mind, there can be different fathers in a litter which is probably why there is such a variety in this group! They are around 9 weeks old and will probably grow to be medium to large dogs....depending on the puppy.
Moe is a sweet, friendly pup. He will wrestle around with his litter mates, but is content just to chill on his own. He is the biggest one of the litter and is thick and stocky. We are still getting to know the pups and will update more information on their bios after a few days.
Moe has received his first distemper/parvo vaccines, dewormed 2 times and current on flea/tick preventative. His adoption fee is $350.
If you are interested in adopting Moe, please submit an application on our website at https://worthytails.rescuegroups.org. For any questions you have, please send an email to his foster mom, Jessie at jessie.wilson@comcast.net.
Thank you for your interest in a rescue puppy!
