Cricket and her siblings arrived to our rescue on February 15th from a shelter in Alabama where they were found as strays. Cricket's siblings have gone off to their forever homes, but she is still waiting to find the right home for her.
Cricket is currently weighing around 20 lbs and most likely is going to grow to be a medium sized dog. We believe she is a mix of labrador retriever and terrier. She is a very sweet, friendly and comical dog!! This pup has personality overload...LOL! Cricket needs to have a home with at least one other dog and she will let you know that she is not fond of being crated! We are looking for a family that has other dogs; someone is home often and open to safe gating instead of crating. We know it's asking a lot....but, you will be rewarded with her very loving, sweet and silly temperament!! She is currently in a foster home with 4 house dogs and gated in the kitchen and doing fantastic! Cricket is doing great with potty training and sleeps all night with no fussing. She loves her humans, but also loves the companionship of other dogs.
Cricket has received all 3 of her distemper/parvo, bordatella and rabies vaccinations. She is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention and dewormed multiple times. Her adoption fee is $225.00. A couple made a generous donation to the rescue to help sponsor her adoption fee :-).
