MaeBelle was rescued from a high kill WV Shelter on May 12th and delivered 9 adorable male puppies on the night of May 13th from 10:30 PM until 4:30 in the morning.  What a night it was! 

MaeBelle has been vetted and made current on all her vaccines.  She has been spayed and is wanting to become part of your family.  She loves to walk and is a great companion.  She plays hard and then she sleeps hard.  She is indifferent to cats but is afraid of lightening and thunder and is a fair weather walker, not even wanting to go outside when it is dark.  She loves to hang out and keep you company while you watch TV or cook dinner.  She's friendly and smiles at you in adoration.   

MaeBelle "Belly-Girl" is doing much better with sit, down, and stay commands.  What a sweet girl to be abandoned in the middle of the night at the shelter when she was pregnant so no history was available.  She's a very relaxed young adult girl and would be very devoted to whoever gave her a forever home.

Per MaeBelle:  "Okay, I know I appeared to be out of shape.  But, if you had just delivered 9 male puppies, you would be, too!  Do you know how hard it is to keep up with 9 boys?!  Geez!  They are now all adopted so my foster mom, Donna, is getting me in shape and I am now in much better shape for sure...I love to play with my foster brother boxer mix, Santos and do we ever play hard.  It's great being a dog rather than a mommy.  

I am a very sweet dog and love people!  With having so many hormones raging through my body, I wasn't too sure about other dogs but I'm doing much better and even love my foster mom's dog now too.   I know I was lucky to have been saved.  Won't you open your home to me and I will show you my gratitude and be your furever companion?"
