Tigger and his sibling, Rabbit, joined our rescue on July 13, 2021 in search of their new forever homes! These 2 sweet pups join us from a shelter in Alabama as they were found as strays. Being that the shelter was very overcrowed, they were scheduled for euthanasia the week that we pulled them. We are very grateful that we were able to save them :-)!
We believe that Tigger is a shepherd/hound mix along with many other breeds! He is going to be a big boy as he has a rather large bone structure. He is not thick, but tall and lenky. Tigger is somewhat shy and needs some coaxing to come visit you, but he really wants to! He seems like he wants to please you....he just needs to work on his confidence. When you talk to him....his tail is always wagging :-). Tigger enjoys playing with the other dogs, but I do find him to be a independent puppy. When everyone else is horsing around, he is many times off to the side just content taking everything in. Being that he is shy, I would recommend a quieter home and no young children.
Tigger has received all 3 of his distemper/parvo vaccines along with bordatella and rabies. He has been dewormed twice and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
