This handsome boy is from Alabama and was rescued by a neighbor who took him as he was not in a good situation with his prior owners. Klaus is close to a year old and weighs about 50 lbs. We believe he is a mix of chocolate labrador retriever and hound.
Klaus is your typical active labrador retriever pup. He is sweet, friendly and sociable. He walks well on a leash, LOVES the water, and is house and crate trained. Klaus plays well with other dogs, however, at times may not want to share his toys. Please keep this in mind if you have another dog. Klaus does have a tendency to jump and can be puppy mouthy. He really needs an obedience class to help deter these behaviors along with daily exercise. He is a one year old puppy that still has energy and needs some training, but will be a gem once he settles down.
Please note....Klaus can jump a 4 foot fence.
Klaus will be neutered and microchipped, current on rabies, distemper and bordatella, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
