Magnum and his siblings arrived to our rescue today, Wednesday, 8/25 and they are totally sweet!
According to the shelter, this crew was turned in by the owners as they were sadly another unwanted litter. The owner said they are about 3 months old, however, the shelter believes based on their size that they are probably closer to 4 months. They are beautiful puppies and appear to be a shepherd mix.....we are guessing german shepherd and possibly norwegian elkhound. Magnum weighs 26 pounds and is bigger than Maverick. He has long fur like Maverick but, has more black on him. They have a tan undercoat and it appears that Magnum has some brindle markings on him as well. He is quite the handsome boy!! Magnum is an absolute lovebug! Even though he is a big puppy, he is quite convinced that he should be a lap boy :-) He is just so sweet and loving....he is going to make a wonderful pet!! He loves everyone he sees.
Magnum will have received his first two set of parvo/distemper vaccines by the time he is eligible to be adopted. He has also received his rabies vaccine, bordatella vaccine, dewormed twice, and treated with Frontline.
