Bala is currently in a high kill shelter in WV.  Her contact person lives near this shelter and can retrieve Bala with an approved application.  Bala's life depends upon being adopted soon as her required hold time has expired and more animals keep coming.

Bala is a 1 1/2 year old mix whose previous owner brought in on June 23, 2010 because she had a baby and didn't have the time for Bala. Bala is a very active dog, and she was also worried that she might accidently knock the child down. Bala is great with children, and other dogs and cats. According to the previous owner, she is house trained. She does fairly well on a leash, but could use some additional training. Bala loves her belly rubbed and is very sweet and affectionate.

Bala's adoption fee of $200 provides some lucky family a really nice, young dog, already spayed, up to date with shots, heartworm/lyme tested, wormed, flea/tick preventative, temperament tested, vet checked and delivered to meet an approved applicant.
