Maggie and her littermates arrived to our rescue on Saturday, September 10th and are doing great!  This litter of pups was saved within a day of being euthanized.  They are the lucky ones.

Maggie is approximately 10 weeks old and weighs around 4 pounds.  She looks to be a mix of jack russell terrier and possibly some beagle and will probably grow to be a small to medium sized dog. 

Maggie is a great puppy!  She is content to sit on laps and be held and she is also content to be off on her own exploring.  She is very sociable and loves to romp with her littermates.  I would have to say she is the "head honcho" of the group and likes to boss the other girls around :-)  She is somewhat puppy mouthy and because of her small size, I would prefer not to adopt her to a family with young children.  If you are looking for a very well adjusted puppy who has confidence....then, Maggie would be a good match!

Maggie has received all 3 sets of parvo/distemper vaccines; dewormed 2 times and treated with Frontline.
