Gracie Jane is a beautiful light merle color, young Aussie mix. As you can see from her picture she is complete with "Aussie britches" on her back legs. She has a delightful friendly personality and a lovely smile to prove it. She has been around other dogs, chickens and other farm animals and was completely comfortable - well, she did try repeatedly to get their elderly dog engaged in a friendly romp but he just wasn't interested. We cannot imagine that Gracie did anything that deserved being abandoned in the country but she showed up at someone's home, skinny and in need of a "hand up". She hasn't had any accidents inside and sleeps quietly through the night.
Gracie's adoption fee of $250 covers the cost of her spay, shots, heartworm/lyme test, worming, flea/tick preventative and any transportation needed to meet her new family. The first step in the adoption process is an adoption application and you can find one at: www.worthytails.rescuegroups.org
