Delilah

She has brought so much joy to us and we could not be happier! She has such a sweet, fun personality!! We are so thankful we got the chance to rescue her and bring her into our home! We still live right down the street from Bohs parents and Daphne and Boh see each other often. They definitely play like sisters, she doesnt play with any other dog the way she plays with Boh! They love cuddling together and get along great!

Harrison

Gabe is doing fine. As he has grown we think a big part of him is collie, based on physical appearance. The rest of the mix might include Lab / Golden, anyone's guess. He is high energy and helped by another puppy, Maggie, we adopted in November from another rescue here in Chester County, we did check your site first at that time. They get along well and expend much puppy energy tearing into one another. Wanting to wait until the youngest was six months combined with some travel we had planned, we just now have them oriented to the underground fence. Gabe has breached it a couple of times but think we have him on track now. What a great opportunity it gives the two of them to run around like a couple of maniacs, burn off that energy, stretch and exercise those muscles. The rear and one side of our lot is wooded and both are trained to do their business there, not once since gaining the freedom (still supervised at this point)of the yard have they faltered in this discipline. Shortly after putting away their crates we began to have some destructive behaviors, a sofa and the coffee table, first when left with a pet / house sitter and again when left for more than one hour by themselves. Still working on this issue.

Jasmine

Our happy adoption! We adopted Bibi (Jasmine) Labor Day weekend 2009 after the last of our three Springer Spaniels died that summer. My husband and I quickly learned that we were out of practice with training a puppy. Unfortunately, we lost reading glasses by the case and a Bluetooth or three before Bibi trained us that anything that dropped on the floor was hers. During the first year that Bibi lived with us, she spent hours outside "guarding" the house, watching the neighbors and the road. Because Bibi liked to spend so much time outside alone, we decided she needed a companion. So, Penny, a dachshund-beagle rescue, joined our household in June 2010. What a pair! Where Bibi can be quiet and timid, Penny is curious, adventurous, and always in motion (which means that Bibi's quiet guarding-alone days are gone.) We love them both, finding ourselves laughing a lot at their racing, hiding, wrestling, and chasing each other around the house and yard. They're inseparable until they collapse for a much needed puppy nap. We really want to thank Worthy Tails for starting us on our new dog family.

Kahley

She is doing very well. She has gotten big, she is about 50 pounds. I included a few pictures. She has been so happy with the warmer weather, she wants to be outside all the time!

Colby

Colby's name is now Skippy. He is about 55 pounds - and we kind of hope he's at least close to done growing! He's really cute and becoming a very good dog. Still learning - but getting there. He does like to chew - so we are about going broke buying things for him to chew on so he doesn't eat the house. Pet Smart chew section is a regular stop for us! His favorite thing to do is steal things out of the recycle bin - he thinks it's his personal toy box! Luckily the only thing of value he chewed was a chair leg that our previous dog had gotten to first! He loves our cats - but they don't love him quite as much, so usually he is chasing them, and they just go where he can't fit. And he also loves to play with the kids outside - but sometimes we have to bring him in, as another favorite thing to do is grab a hold of the boys shorts and pull them down - he thinks he's part of the soccer team! What's really cute is he loves to hug you. Reallly hug, like a person. We sit down on a step, he puts his paws up on our shoulders, then we bring him up so he's sitting on our laps and he burries his head in your shoulder - very cute. I attached some pictures for you. Hope you enjoy them. He's not allowed on the couch where he is in the last picture, but we couldn't resist taking a picture of him there before we shooed him off!
