This litter of puppies will be coming to us from Welch, West Virginia. They are owner surrenders who were living in not such a nice place and the shelter was grateful for us taking them to a clean, safe place.
I have to be honest and admit that I am quite stumped by this litter of puppies as far as what breeds they might be! I do believe australian shepherd based on the fact that 3 are merle and the mother is merle, also. I think they also look jack russell terrier, but all of these puppies have very curly tails!! Based on the fact that one is blonde and one is black - possibly pug, too?? All I can say is they are 100% mutt and are not going to be very big in size! They have petite features with small paws.
Shelly is a sweet puppy, but is the independent one of the group. She really enjoys playing with her littermates and a good round of roughhousing! Shelly along with all her siblings seems slightly uncomfortable when you pick them up, but once you do, they melt into you! She is quick to run up and greet you and follow at your feet.
