Lexi and her siblings were rescued from a high kill shelter located in West Viriginia.  As of 3/26/10, the vet felt they were somewhere between 10 and 12 weeks old.  Based on their markings and their size already, our best guess is that they are a mix of australian shepherd and newfoundland.  They have very large paws and we believe they are going to grow to be large dogs!  Please keep this in mind if you are considering an adoption as they are going to need a large yard to run and romp!

Lexi has beautiful markings of brown merle with gray and black!  She is absolutely gorgeous!!  Her coat is medium in length and thick.  She has large paws and I believe she is going to grow to be a medium to large dog!  She is the runt of the group and may not get as big as her brothers.  Lexi is a very sweet and sociable puppy and I think she would be fine with almost any family.  Lexi is a playful, happy puppy looking for her furever home!  

Lexi has been dewormed, treated with Frontline, and will receive her first two sets of parvo/distemper vaccines by the time she is ready for adoption.
