Wilson and his littermates were found abandoned on a street in Auburn, Alabama and found their way to the local shelter. They were put in foster care until a rescue would commit to them...and, here they are in Mechanicsburg, PA!
We believe the puppies were born around November 10th (just a guess!). As for the breeds...they seem to truly be heinz 57 pups! Our best guess is probably some mastiff, boxer, and hound. Whatever their combination is...they are incredibly sweet puppies and absolutely loved to be held and snuggle :-)! They get along great with the "house" dogs and have yet to meet a stranger.
Wilson is in the middle of the pack regarding size. He is built more like a boxer and lean. He currently weighs 12 lbs and is putting on about 2 lbs a week...so, most likely going to be a medium to large dog. He has a beautiful dark brindle coat. We actually thought he was all black by his pictures, but realized he is a very dark brindle. This boy is pretty rowdy and has a lot of energy! His forever family is going to make sure he gets lots of exercise. He loves playing with his littermates and can play rough. Wilson enjoys being held and being loved on...but, he is not needy. He is just always ready to roll :-)!!
Wilson has received his puppy vaccines, bordatella vaccine, dewormed 3 times, microchipped and treated with flea and tick preventative. His adoption fee is $325.
If you are interested in this handsome boy, please submit an application on our website at https://worthytails.rescuegroups.org/. For any questions you have about him, please send an email to his foster mom, Jessie at jessie.wilson@comcast.net.
Thank you for your interest in a rescue puppy!
