Jude and his littermates arrived to our rescue on Saturday, March 24th and are just cute as can be!!  They appear to be a mix of beagle and bassett hound.  They are approximately 8 to 9 weeks old and are all still pretty small....the average weight being 7 pounds.

Jude is more bassett hound as he has short, stubby legs with monstrous paws!  He is absolutely adorable and has a great temperment.  He is very, very loving and sociable and gets along with everyone!  Jude is being fostered with the 4 house dogs and a cat and does great with all of them.  Being that he is a bassett hound/beagle mix, he will probably grow to be medium in size.  He does like to follow his nose, so,  a fenced yard is desired.  Hounds are not an "off leash" breed.

Jude will have received his first 2 sets of puppy shots, dewormed twice, and treated with flea/tick preventative by the time he is eligible for adoption.  His adoption fee is $250.
