Lily and her littermates arrived to the rescue on August 26. 2022 from West Virginia where they were surrendered to a local shelter. We believe they were born around July 1st and a mix of cattle dog, Jack Russell Terrier and possibly some pittie. They will probably end up a medium size dog....maybe 30 to 40 lbs.
Lily is a very sweet pup! Her foster mom describes her as very outgoing and enjoys the company of people. As with all of these puppies, she is snuggly and affectionate. She is a more relaxed and not quite the curious puppy that Layla is. Lily is very food motivated which makes is much easier with training. House training is coming along nicely and she is understanding the cues. She is quiet in her crate and seems to be okay being left alone. Her sibling, Layla is being fostered with her. This foster home consists of 4 dogs, one cat and 2 adults and Lily does well with all of them.
Lily has received her first 3 distemper/parvo vaccines, bordatella vaccine, dewormed and is current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.
