Toby and his littermates joined our rescue on Wednesday, April 10th and are in search of their new forever homes! They join us from a shelter in Valley, Alabama. They were surrendered by their owners as they were not planning for puppies and could not care for them. The owners say the mother dog is a purebred Chesapeake Bay Retriever. I think there were multiple fathers in this litter!
Toby is one of two black males in this litter and currently weighs 22 lbs. He is the biggest boy of the litter...but, he is sooo sweet! He is middle of the ground with the crew and just goes with the flow. I think Toby's dad is probably a hound. This pup is very sweet, friendly and playful and enjoys romping with his littermates.
Toby is current on distemper, bordatella, rabies, dewormings, and flea/tick/heartworm preventative. His adoption fee is $350.
