Scout and her littermates joined our rescue on Wednesday, April 10th and are in search of their new forever homes! They join us from a shelter in Valley, Alabama. They were surrendered by their owners as they were not planning for puppies and could not care for them. The owners say the mother dog is a purebred Chesapeake Bay Retriever. I think there were multiple fathers in this litter!

Scout is one of two black females in this litter and currently weighs 21 lbs. She is the smallest female of the litter and I think her father may have been a hound. She is middle of the ground with the crew and just goes with the flow. This pup is very sweet, friendly and playful and enjoys romping with her littermates. She is vocal and can let you know what she wants :-)!

Scout is current on distemper, bordatella, rabies, dewormings, and flea/tick/heartworm preventative. Her adoption fee is $350.
